Types of Yoga
All my classes are a mix of abilities from beginners to advanced and as I guide people through the posture, each movement can be modified according to ability.

Ashtanga Yoga
A dynamic, athletic form of yoga which calms the mind, improves circulation, coordination, strength, endurance and flexibility. Not suitable for pregnant women. Beginners to advanced welcome.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A graceful, flowing form of yoga. Movements are synchronised with breath to stretch, strengthen and reenergise the body. The practise mentally declutters the mind, encouraging good energy flow through the body. Not suitable for pregnant women. Beginners to advanced welcome.
Yoga for Men
Tailored for men targeting tight hamstrings, hips, the spine, poor posture, shoulders and neck. The practice focuses on lifting tension, encouraging good sleeping patterns and reducing stress. Suitable for men of all ages, beginners to advanced welcome.
Pregnancy Yoga
Gentle yoga to help prepare mums-to-be and babies for birth and beyond. Encouraging breath and body awareness, the practise helps reduce worries, aches and pains associated with pregnancy and provides a dedicated place for rest and relaxation. Suitable for ladies from 14 weeks.
Post-natal Yoga
Supportive environment to help new mums build strength, confidence and relaxation in body and mind. Working with mindful yoga movements for good posture, healing, toning and feeling of wellbeing. Suitable from six weeks post birth and onwards.
Outdoor Yoga
Weather pending, yoga classes are held at a variety of outdoor locations for a stimulating and alternative practise. Beginners to advanced welcome. Information on outdoor yoga practises are usually featured on my Facebook page.
Thai Yoga Massage
By palming and gently pressing zen lines or points and gently moving the body into appropriate yoga positions, tension is released from the body, freeing vital energy.
It improves breathing, flexibility, posture, constipation, circulation and digestion. Muscles are stretched, internal organs are toned and nervous and emotional levels managed.
